It’s back-to-school-sort-of-time. Whether you are starting the year partially or completely from home, summer is indeed coming to an end, with cooler and crisper autumn days in sight. The fall is a great time to schedule senior portraits, and the calendar is already filling up with sessions. Check with your school to see what their deadline is for yearbook photo submissions, and try to book in advance if possible. Some schools may also require that your photo be submitted to them by your photographer, which I am happy to help with if needed.

One added benefit shooting outdoors this time of year is the lower temperatures, which are often a lot more comfortable to work in for some.
